695 Tenant Placement was born from the passion of 20 years of mortgage experience, coupled with the desire to help those who are not in the position to purchase a home. We assist prospective tenants with locating quality, affordable housing in Baltimore City and surrounding areas.

We also are committed to providing high level tenant placement services to property owners and developers who are seeking fully vetted tenants. While our ultimate goal is to unify landlords and tenants, our daily work is aimed at providing a focused level of attention and customer service to all stakeholders.

We work diligently with property management companies, government and private organizations, and program representatives to align their criteria with the housing needs of the Baltimore Community.
